How is the return or exchange process carried out? Accepted cases for return or exchange: Returns or exchanges can be made if the item has not been used and has not been opened from the original packaging within 7 days from the date of receipt. Returns or exchanges can be made if the item is damaged or not functioning properly, provided it is returned in the same condition as received. Returns or exchanges can be made if the received item is not the same as the ordered item. The item must be unused and contain all attached tags and purchase invoices. Products that have been opened are not replaced unless a manufacturing defect is proven, noting that non-replaceable products include any product damaged due to misuse, breakage, opening the original packaging, not following operating instructions, exposure to water if not water-resistant, external maintenance, or use of incompatible accessories. Return instructions and notes: To contact regarding a return, please contact customer service via WhatsApp or direct technical support. The original packaging of the products must be preserved and not opened. If the product has been used and the original packaging removed, the return request will be rejected unless there is a manufacturing defect, with the original box and all accessories (for electronics). For electronic payments, a deduction of 2.7% + 1 Riyal will be made from the total paid amount, and the amount will be refunded within 10 working days. Shipping fees are deducted in all cases, whether shipping is free or paid, and any other fees besides the product price. For installment orders (Tabay – Tamara – Iman), their return policies apply. Tabay returns: 2% + 1 Riyal will be deducted from the order value when refunding the customer, without benefit to Al-Badr or Tabay. 7% + 1 Riyal will be deducted if the payment method (Tabay/Tamara/Iman) is canceled after shipping or more than 24 hours from the time of order, whichever comes first. Replacement for devices with manufacturing defects: Al-Badr Electronics Store replaces the matching device with a manufacturing defect (non-software) within 3 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions: The device must be free of scratches or misuse. The original box with all accessories and user manuals must be presented. A report from an authorized service agent may be required before replacement. If no contact is made within 3 days from the date of receipt, the shipment is considered intact. If proven otherwise, the store team will review the product after it has been shipped by the customer at their own expense. If the product is shipped after more than 3 days from the date of receipt and the shipping cost is not paid, the product will not be accepted, and the customer bears the costs. Refund policy: Al-Badr Electronics Store team will refund the amount after receiving the product at the warehouses and ensuring all the above conditions are met, and the refund will be made via bank transfers.
